I live in Rooty Hill in Western Sydney.
I started my business in late 2019 to provide nutrient dense grain free goodies to my local community.
As a diagnosed coeliac I also wanted to give others access to quality gluten free products free made in a safe environment and free from nasty preservatives and additives.
I love baking, and I love sharing how delicious living a clean and grain free lifestyle can be.
All my products are baked using locally sourced ingredients ( where possible ) and are made in my council approved home kitchen.
I'm registered with my local council and also with NSW Food Authority.
I stumbled across the health benefits of grain free living while I was following a paleo diet to try to eliminate some ongoing long term health problems.
After years of baking all my own breads cakes and all the things, I was contemplating starting my own business to help those who wanted to live a grain free / paleo life but didn’t have the time to bake everything themselves.
It was during this time I found Primal Alternative and their amazingly delicious range, I knew that I had found exactly what I wanted and what my community needed.
It took another year or so before I finally took the plunge and purchased a license.
